The restaurant room has panoramic views over the Besorgues and was been built during the same period as the Mill in 1840.
You can eat on our terrace in the sunny weather. Our site provides perfect facilities for families, banquets, seminars, group meetings. We will welcome you with great food consisting of our natural, local products from the Haute Cévenne Ardéchoise.
Whether you decide to eat in the restaurant or outside on the terrace, you will have the chance to try our local chestnuts in many different forms, cream, jam, liqueur or ice cream. Many other local specialities are also available like bilberry tarte, sorbets, aperitif, local meat platters, fresh mineral water and of course the goats cheese 'en faisselle' either fresh, creamy or dry.
Whether you are a traveller or a local, everyone is welcome to try one of our local flavoured ice creams at the Moulin de Charrier.
The restaurant is open with reservation:
Peak: Everyday between may and September.
